Practical answers for connecting an OpenAI-compatible client to an ApiMonth monthly card.

What is ApiMonth?

ApiMonth is an independent platform that sells monthly activation cards for GPT / Codex, Grok and Gemini, then lets you call those lines with your own API key. It is not an official website of OpenAI, xAI or Google.

How do I call the API with the OpenAI SDK?

Create a key in the console and set base_url to https://api.apimonth.com/v1. Use the route identifier from GET /v1/models (for example grok-4.6 or gpt-5.5), not a provider-prefixed name. Compatibility is endpoint-specific.

Do Grok, GPT and Gemini share one quota?

No. Each monthly card is a dedicated line. Unused quota on a Grok card cannot be spent on GPT or Gemini.

Which endpoints are supported?

Chat Completions is available on the admitted Grok, GPT and Gemini routes. Responses and Responses WebSocket are GPT-only. Grok Imagine and GPT Image use the Images endpoints. Gemini image models are not admitted.

Can I get a refund?

Before redeeming, WeChat and Alipay refunds follow the store’s original payment path; PayPal console orders follow PayPal. After redeeming, the card cannot be refunded. You may upgrade to a higher-priced plan using unused monthly quota as credit.

Are the listed USD rates the upstream invoice?

No. Published token rates convert recorded usage into quota consumption. They are not a claim about the exact amount billed by an upstream provider. Card purchase prices and token rates are separate.
