How billing works
Token usage.
Input, output, cache read and cache write have separate USD rates per 1 million tokens. Some OpenAI models also price prompt tokens above 272k at a higher tier.
Quotas.
Each card line (Grok / GPT-6) has its own day and month limits. Caps reset on the next day or billing cycle; unused quota does not roll over across lines.
